Who do you want me to be?
I was never the same as anyone else, yet I was always labeled, and generalized. Recently, I've realized that labels and generalizations are based off of a generally accepted "realities" (or set of realities). The problem with this labeling system include contradictory traits. If someone is labeled as an Asian, but also dresses in a ghetto fashion, does that associate their Asian traits with presumed black traits, or does one stereotype shine more than or the other?
It seems impossible to judge someone correctly. Upon receiving incorrect judgment and criticism, I'd think twice about judging others, even in my head.
